Ingredients

15 chilis guajillo Del Mineral®

51 tomato Del Mineral®

2 peeled garlic clove

1/2 cup of onions Del Mineral® chopped into large pieces

2g of ground cumin 

1 teaspoon of salt

1 spoon of white vinager

Instructions

Soak the chiles in boiling water until they soften.

Roast the tomatoes with the garlic clove on a skillet.

Blend the chiles, tomato, garlic, cumin, and vinegar until achieving a uniform texture, pour into a bowl, and add the onion.
