Ingredients

50g of Del Mineral® arbol chili

1 1/2 Cup of Water

1/3 Cup of white vinegar (80 ml)

2 Garlic cloves

1 Tbsp of salt

Ingredients

  1. Remove the stems from the chilies, place in a pan over medium heat and toast them slowly, (keep stirring them, so they don’t burn), set them aside and let them cool.
  2. Put the chilies in the blender, along with the water, and blend them.
  3. Then add the garlic, salt, and vinegar, mix them and place them in a jar and refrigerate.
