Ingredients
50g of Del Mineral® arbol chili
1 1/2 Cup of Water
1/3 Cup of white vinegar (80 ml)
2 Garlic cloves
1 Tbsp of salt
Ingredients
- Remove the stems from the chilies, place in a pan over medium heat and toast them slowly, (keep stirring them, so they don’t burn), set them aside and let them cool.
- Put the chilies in the blender, along with the water, and blend them.
- Then add the garlic, salt, and vinegar, mix them and place them in a jar and refrigerate.
