The arbol chili is a tiny but powerful Mexican chili also known as bird’s chili and rat’s tail. It is very popular in its dried form, used for decoration and adding an extra kick of spice to dishes. We can find it fresh, dried, or powdered. It is 10 times spicier than the poblano chili and the jalapeño chili. Despite its strong spiciness, it has become a perfect complement for decorating dishes in Asian cuisine. It is believed that these chilies derive from cayenne pepper. It is a mature fruit, carefully selected, dehydrated, and cleaned.
Contains folic acid, copper, iron, and potassium, a mineral that performs different functions in the body. Adequate consumption of potassium combined with folate can greatly reduce the risk of heart diseases.
Condiments, a mainstay of Mexican salsa.
