ANCHO CHILI

The ancho chili is one of the most nutritious and health-promoting types of dehydrated chili peppers. Among its advantages we can name:

-Its capsaicin (the compound that gives it itch) fights pain and inflammation.

-Reduces blood cholesterol levels, triglycerides and platelet aggregation, preventing clot formation

– Stimulates the decongestion of the respiratory tract

– It is a source of soluble and insoluble fiber, which is why it contributes to the reduction of cholesterol and blood glucose and helps against constipation

– It is rich in antioxidants such as vitamin C and chlorophyll

PRESENTATION

Product packaged in a 100 g bag. Primary packaging: bioriented polypropylene (BOPP) bag with a lamination of 20 x 28.7 cm. Secondary packaging: die-cut double corrugated cardboard box, measuring 170.5 x 53.8 cm, with waterproof rubber and paraffin, containing 60 pieces (bags).

SHELF LIFE

The Ancho chili can be stored for several months, up to 12 months, in good conditions.

STORAGE

It is stored in dry places at room temperature.

WEIGHT

Our packaged product has a weight of 7.2 kg per box.
